Identity/contact details, company information, route/travel details, request and operations notes, billing data, IP/security logs may be processed. Health data submitted via MEDIF/Fit-to-Fly is handled under the separate Medical Data Notice.

Responding to requests, preparing quotations/contracts, planning medical-flight operations, coordinating airline and transfer connections, customer relations, security and legal obligations.

Data is retained only for the period required by purpose and applicable law, with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Where necessary and lawful, limited data may be shared with the relevant airline, healthcare facility, ambulance/transport provider, technical providers, accounting/payment parties, advisers and competent authorities.
