Clinical information, route and date are reviewed. MEDIF/Fit-to-Fly documentation is coordinated, followed by the airline's stretcher and medical-clearance process. After approval, cabin/stretcher arrangements, medical escort, airport operations and ground ambulance connections are synchronized.
